Last night we came home from circular key and as per our usual araingement, when G is home, he showered and bathed the kids while I made dinner. Ethne was downstairs in our tub and the boys were taking man showers upstairs in their bathroom. Ethne was enjoying her bath so much that she didn't want to get out so G would check on her then run upstairs and check on the boys, giving them directions like hang up your towel etc...once when he came into Ethne's bathroom again she was at one end of the tub barely touching her finger tips on the top of the water and waving it away from her. She was clearly distraught and trying to get something in the tub at the other end away from her. G asked "what are you doing?" She had a big lower lip sticking out and she said "I pooped in da bath"
G was a little amused at her reaction and said "i will rinse you off in the shower stay in the tub and i will get the poo out." she started crying big crocodile tears and said "no showa (shower) now". Garrett tried to comfort her and said "I will rinse you off in the shower, but first let me get the poo out". She wanted out of the tub right away, but she said "ok".
When he got her out of the tub and in the shower she mumbled to herself through her tears "Neva Neva take a bath again. It wuined(ruined)it"
This was really sad and funny at the same time. Before the poo she had been swimming and floating on her back in the tub and didn't want to get out. She was having so much fun. Hopefully it didn't ruin her baths forever.

Such a cute Ethne. Brigham would've been screaming about the light, not excited. Brigham is doing great at potty-training. That helps w/ not pooping in the bath:) Brigham loves getting "Quwappers"(whoppers) everytime he uses the potty. He's so funny about it.
